Event Information

LOST ITEMS:

• Click Here to complete our Lost & Found Form. We will contact you if your items are found.
• Call (817) 766-9777 or email info@gparlington.com to report the loss.
• Visit an Information Booth throughout the throughout the venue. Guest Services Staff will check with all other booths to see if the item has been found.

If you have found a lost item, we encourage you to turn it in to any of the Information Booths throughout the venue, where the Guest Services Staff will register the item. All collected items will be returned to the Grand Prix of Arlington office each evening and checked once again to see if the owner can be located. They will be stored there until after the event.

Once the event weekend has concluded, guests can still complete and submit the Lost & Found Form to try to locate their lost item.

LOST PERSONS:

Any individuals (either children or adults) who have become separated from their group should also be directed/escorted to the closest Information Booth. The Guest Services Staff are in radio contact with all of the other booths and will notify the Command Post immediately to help with reuniting the parties.

As soon as a missing child is reported to the Command Post, law enforcement is notified immediately. Law enforcement will immediately assist in locating the child or determining if additional measures to secure the site are necessary.
