The Java House Grand Prix of Arlington provides accessible seating, parking, and facilities for individuals with disabilities. Tickets are available for wheelchair-accessible and companion seating in multiple locations at the venue for purchase through SeatGeek. Each parking lot surrounding the venue has ADA parking available at the spots closest to the venue entrances. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Golf cart shuttles will be available in each lot to transport attendees to the closest entrance. Three separate shuttle routes will operate, providing additional assistance and ease of navigation around the venue. For more information, please contact us at info@gparlington.com

Alcohol will be served at designated locations during the Java House Grand Prix of Arlington. For those guests that do consume alcohol, please do so responsibly and be considerate of your fellow fans. Guests must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid photo ID when purchasing alcohol at the Java House Grand Prix of Arlington. The event reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to any person, for any reason, and will contact police if a guest is acting in a manner that is contrary to the law, or that may endanger themselves, others, or any property. Texas Code states Licensees may not allow patrons to bring liquor onto the licensed premises. Alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the NTT INDYCAR SERIES and INDY NXT by Firestone paddocks and Pit Lane.

Alcohol sales in all of the General Admission areas will conclude 30 minutes prior to the end of on track activity each day. Alcohol sales will continue in the Horseshoe area until 30 minutes prior to the end of the Good Ranchers Concert Series on Friday, March 13 and Sunday, March 15.

Those 21 and older are limited to only two (2) alcoholic beverages per person per purchase.

*Please note that alcohol will not be served prior to 10:00 am on Sunday.

Animals are not allowed inside the gates except for service animals aiding an individual with a disability. In keeping with U.S. ADA regulations, disabled guests may use either a dog or a miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the guest. The work or tasks performed by the service animal must be directly related to the guest’s disability. As such, animals that solely provide emotional support or companionship to a guest will not be permitted inside the Java House Grand Prix of Arlington venue.

Fans are encouraged to download the free Grand Prix of Arlington app, which is an event specific platform containing wayfinding, schedule, maps, etc. Fans are also encouraged to download the free INDYCAR app to tune into the communication between drivers and teams live during the race. The INDYCAR app also offers information on each of the drivers and incredible in-car views while the race is occurring.  

Individuals should not wear clothing that displays inappropriate language, abusive messages, or offensive images. The clothing worn should also offer appropriate body coverage that abides by the public nature of this event. Closed-toe shoes are recommended but not required.

Only the following bags are permitted: a clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote that does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”, or one (1) gallon resealable clear storage bag. In addition, a small clutch purse (with or without a handle or strap) measuring no more than 4.5” x 6.5” may be carried either separately or inside an approved clear bag. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at all gates. Please note that EMPTY non-metal cups with a maximum size of 32oz are allowed through the gates at the Java House Grand Prix of Arlington. No outside beverages will be permitted. Signs or flags on sticks or poles, or larger than what one person can hold (3’x5’) are strictly prohibited. Signs and flags, up to what one person can hold (without sticks or poles) are permitted within the Venue but are not to be held in the grandstand or viewing areas in a manner that obstructs other guests’ views.

The Java House Grand Prix of Arlington will be a cashless event. All concessions stands and vendors will only accept digital or card payments during race weekend.

Coolers of any kind are not allowed inside the gates of the Java House Grand Prix of Arlington. Exceptions will be made for medical equipment.

Unmanned aerial vehicles, commonly known as drones and also referred to as remotely piloted aircraft, and similar remote-controlled devices are not permitted through the gates or on the Java House Grand Prix of Arlington venue. (This includes AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, and all surrounding parking lots and land.)

All emergency announcements and instructions will be made over the public address system and on the video screens throughout the venue. Please be attentive to these messages. If you need to report an emergency, locate the nearest guest services representative, security personnel or law enforcement member. In case of emergency, do not hesitate to call 911.

For non-emergency inquires, please call (214) 814-9912. This number is not active until Friday, March 13.

Weapons of any type, including knives, firearms, ammunition, pyrotechnics or smoke bombs, and any other item deemed dangerous by management are strictly prohibited.

Trained medical personnel will be on site at the first aid stations located throughout the venue during open gate hours on race weekend. Specific locations of the first aid stations can be found on the venue map. In case of an emergency, call 911 and medical personnel will respond immediately. Any guests that need assistance should locate a guest services representative.

Outside food is not allowed through the Java House Grand Prix of Arlington gates. Fans are welcome to bring an EMPTY non-metal cup with a maximum size of 32oz through the gates. Water refill stations will be available throughout the venue. No outside beverages will be permitted. Food and beverage services will operate during open gate hours. Full-service concession stands will be serving a variety of both food and beverages. NOTE: The Java House Grand Prix of Arlington will operate as a cashless venue for this event.

The Java House Grand Prix of Arlington will continue the race, rain, or shine. You will not receive a refund for your Java House Grand Prix of Arlington ticket if it rains, as the event is considered rain or shine.

Information booths are conveniently located throughout the venue and can be located using the facility map available online HERE.

Any guests that have lost an item at the track during race weekend should email info@gparlington.com. If you have found a lost item, we encourage you to turn that item into any information booth or guest services staff. After the event has concluded, guests can complete the Lost & Found Form to locate their lost item.

Official INDYCAR Merchandise store locations will be conveniently located throughout the Fan Zone areas. The large INDYCAR Merchandise Store will be in the Miller Lite House.

The Rangers Grand Slam Team Store will be open on the North side of Globe Life Field inside of Gate 4.

The Paddock Pass gives behind-the-scenes access to the NTT INDYCAR SERIES and INDY NXT by Firestone Paddock areas, letting you see cars, teams, and drivers up close during the 2026 Java House Grand Prix of Arlington. Your digital 3-day Paddock Pass will be scanned upon entry into the NTT INDYCAR SERIES and INDY NXT by Firestone Paddock and redeemed for a 3-day wristband.
A Paddock Pass will allow access to Pit Lane for a brief period before the Sunday INDYCAR race.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times in the paddock and on the grid on Sunday—no exceptions will be made.
The Paddock Pass alone does not grant venue access, an entry ticket is required.
NOTE: Access to the GR Cup Paddock in the Speed Trap (Lot B) is open to all attendees and does not require an extra pass.

Portable toilets will be available throughout the facility for customer use. ADA restrooms are also available.

There are two rideshare locations supporting the Java House Grand Prix of Arlington venue.

West Rideshare Location: Please enter “Lot 15 AT&T Stadium” into your rideshare app
East Rideshare Location: Please enter “Globe Life Field Car Park D” into your rideshare app

All grandstand seating will be aluminum benches. Viewing platforms will be located throughout the venue for standing room only. For upgraded seating areas, please visit HERE. Folding stadium chairs will not be allowed into the venue. Seat cushions without pockets or zippers will be permitted.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, vaporizers, or similar products, is not allowed on site.

Collapsible canvas wagons and umbrella strollers are permitted but cannot be used in grandstands, viewing platforms or in other structures (these items may be subject to additional security checks).

All ticket sales are final – no refunds.

Ticket Resolution tents will be located outside of each gate. For physical ticket assistance, please visit Gates 1, 2, and 4.

Water bottle filling stations will be located throughout the site for use during race weekend. Fans are welcome to bring an EMPTY non-metal cup with a maximum size of 32oz through the gates. In case of severe heat, cooling stations will be located throughout the venue.
