2026 JAVA HOUSE GRAND PRIX OF ARLINGTON GATE AND BAG POLICIES
The “Java House Grand Prix of Arlington Venue” or “Venue” is defined as all properties, both indoor and outdoor, within the perimeter of the Java House Grand Prix of Arlington, including AT&T Stadium, Choctaw Stadium, and Globe Life Field. These policies should be read in conjunction with the Java House Grand Prix of Arlington Code of Conduct. Nothing in these policies is meant to nullify, amend or otherwise modify the Code of Conduct. The Java House Grand Prix of Arlington reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice.
Permitted Items List
- Binoculars, scanners, and headsets (carrying bags must meet bag policy requirements).
- Empty non-metal cups with a maximum size of 32oz.
- Umbrellas, collapsible canvas wagons, umbrella strollers are permitted but cannot be used in grandstands, viewing platforms or in other structures (these items may be subject to additional security checks).
- Sunscreen, sunblock, hand sanitizer, and bug spray (aerosol, gel, or liquid forms).
- Signs and flags, up to what one person can hold (without sticks or poles) are permitted within the Venue but are not to be held in the grandstand or viewing areas in a manner that obstructs other guests’ views.
Guests who appear to be inebriated and unmanageable will not be permitted admittance into the Venue.
Any attempt to bring alcohol into the Venue will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in the guest having his or her ticket revoked, ejected or arrested. All persons and/or their belongings are subject to search. Violators of any State or City laws, rules or regulations will be refused admission, asked to leave or ejected from the Venue.
Masks are permitted as long as the mask is not offensive or a weapon and should only be worn when in your seat (not walking in the Venue). Costumes are generally permitted, however, they cannot be a replica of event personnel and cannot be offensive or cause damage to the Venue (e.g. body paint).
Prohibited Items and Activities List
- Smoking Inside the Java House Grand Prix of Arlington Venue is strictly prohibited. This also includes e-cigarettes and vaporizers.
- Bags and cases (please see Purse & Bag Policy for additional details)
- Abusive, foul or disruptive language
- Alcohol
- Animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
- Cameras with lens longer than 10” (detachable or non-detachable)
- Camera bags and cases
- Binocular cases (binoculars are allowed and can be worn around neck or in hand)
- Chairs, stools or other seating devices (small, flat cushions with no zippers or pockets are permitted)
- Fireworks
- Firearms and weapons of any kind
- Food items
- Footballs, basketballs, baseballs, and all sport related projectiles
- Knives of any length
- Laser pointers
- Noisemakers
- Obscene or indecent clothing.
- Pyrotechnics and/or smoke bombs
- Signs or flags on sticks or poles, or larger than what one person can hold (3’x5’)
- Throwing objects
- Ticket scalping
- Trespassing, soliciting, peddling and loitering
- Tripods, monopods and selfie-sticks
- Unmanned and remote-controlled aircraft systems (e.g., drones)
- Video cameras and the use of video capable devices including GoPro devices
- Any other item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate by management
- Rollerblades, hoverboards, skateboards, bicycles
- Golf carts, scooters (except mobility aid devices for guests with disabilities), not including properly Java House Grand Prix of Arlington permitted devices.
- Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia
- Umbrellas are permitted through the gates of the venue, but are not allowed to be used within the grandstands, viewing platforms or in other structures
- Large buggy strollers & hard sided wagons
- Ladders, scaffolding, platforms or other structures
- Samples, stickers, or flyers for distribution
- Coolers of any kind
- Dry Ice
- Glass, metal, or ceramic containers of any kind.
- Any other items deemed by management in its sole discretion
Weapons Policy
“Pursuant to Section 30.06, penal code (Trespass by License Holder with a Concealed Handgun), a person licensed under subchapter H, Chapter 411, government code (handgun licensing law), may not enter the properties of AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, or any boundaries with the Java House Grand Prix of Arlington Venue with a concealed handgun”
“Pursuant to Section 30.07, Penal Code (Trespass by License Holder with an Openly Carried Handgun), a person licensed under subchapter H, Chapter 411. Government Code (Handgun Licensing Law) may not enter the properties of AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, or any boundaries with the Java House Grand Prix of Arlington Venue with a Handgun that is carried openly”.
“Pursuant to Section 46.03, Penal Code (Places Weapons Prohibited), a person may not carry a firearm or other weapon on properties of AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, or any boundaries with the Java House Grand Prix of Arlington Venue”.
Purse & Bag Policy
To enhance public safety, the following bag policies will be in place within the Java House Grand Prix of Arlington Venue.
Approved Bags
- Clear Tote – Plastic, vinyl or PVC, not to exceed 12″L x 6″W x 12″H
- Plastic Storage Bag – Clear, one (1) gallon, re-sealable
- Small Clutch Purse – Approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap. No larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ with or without a handle or strap. Can be carried separately or within an approved plastic bag.
An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose. Please limit the number of items you bring to the Venue on event days.
Prohibited Bags include, but are not limited to:
- All purses, bags or containers larger than a small clutch bag
- Backpacks
- Binocular bags and case – Binoculars may be worn around the neck
- Briefcases
- Camera bags and cases
- Cinch bags
- Computer bags and cases
- Coolers
- Fanny packs
- Luggage of any kind
