Grand Prix of Arlington Code of Conduct

Grand Prix of Arlington, LLC ("GPA") is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. In order to accomplish this, all guests must conduct themselves in an appropriate manner that does not interfere with the event and the enjoyment of others. The following Code of Conduct is enforced and applies to all areas inside and outside the racing circuit, including the stadium, the outdoor plazas and the stadium parking lots.

Behaviors that may result in immediate ejection without warning include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening or illegal in nature.
  • Abusive, foul, offensive or disruptive language and obscene gestures or clothing, to include the use of such language, gestures or clothing concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault.
  • Verbal or physical harassment of all fans, event staff, officials, drivers, teams and event participants.
  • Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures.
  • Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol or substance consumption.
  • Throwing objects of any kind.
  • Protests or demonstrations.
  • Interference with the event.
  • Unreasonably obstructing the view of other patrons.
  • Smoking inside the stadium. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside the stadium only.
  • Entry into a restricted or unauthorized area or an area for which an individual does not have an appropriate ticket, pass or credential.
  • Sitting in a location other than the guest’s ticketed seat.
  • Ticket scalping or the sale of tickets at any price on stadium property.
  • Trespassing, soliciting, peddling or loitering on stadium property.
  • Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting.
  • Any disruption to the progress of the event by the individual’s actions (including throwing objects onto the racing circuit).
  • Any action deemed dangerous or inappropriate.
  • Conduct that results in damage to the racing circuit, stadium or other personal property.
  • Failure to comply with instructions of law enforcement, guest services, security personnel and other stadium personnel.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for the foregoing behaviors. If a guest violates the Code of Conduct and fails to identify themselves to security or GPA personnel, the guest is subject to penalty, including having his/her tickets revoked, being ejected from the event or arrested. Ejected guests are not welcome to return for the remainder of the event and may be subject to further disciplinary action at the discretion of GPA. All ticket, pass and credential holders of record are responsible for their conduct and the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets, passes or credentials.
