Austin-based social media influencers and race fans Kim and Vinny Vega toured the future site of the INDYCAR Grand Prix of Arlington, including such marquee locations as the start-finish line and the Speed Trap, on Tuesday Nov. 4.
The inaugural INDYCAR Grand Prix of Arlington, scheduled for March 13-15, 2026, features a 14-turn, 2.73-mile street course that weaves through the streets of Arlington. The unique circuit winds around landmarks such as AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, and Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers.
“We knew we had to give Kim and Vinny the ultimate Arlington sports experience since it was their first time visiting,” said Matt Wilson, Executive Director of the Arlington Sports Commission. “With them being a short drive away from us, this was the perfect opportunity to showcase what Arlington's Entertainment District has to offer."
The couple visited Arlington in collaboration with the Arlington Sports Commission. While in town, the influencers also dropped in on the Dallas Cowboys, partners of the INDYCAR Grand Prix of Arlington, and took in the Monday Night Football game against the Arizona Cardinals.
"We are big Cowboys fans," Vinny said. "I'm actually a big Rangers fan, too."
The INDYCAR Grand Prix of Arlington is also partnered with REV Entertainment, the Official Entertainment Partner of the Texas Rangers.
"It was so easy to get here,” Kim said. “Such a fun little road trip to make to Arlington. I don't know why we haven't come sooner, honestly, but it was a good city, and I feel like there's a lot to do. We are going to be here in March, for sure."
Vinny recently became a fan of the NTT INDYCAR SERIES. He fell in love with the sport through the documentary series “100 Days to Indy,” which streams exclusively on FOX Nation. Vinny learned that the series would be racing close to his home in Austin during the INDYCAR Grand Prix of Arlington. Vinny can’t wait to see the action of INDYCAR live for the first and cheer on his favorite driver.
"Us being Mexican we are definitely going to root for Pato," Vinny said. "We have to represent."

The Vegas, pictured above, got an exclusive look at the new co-branded merch between the INDYCAR Grand Prix and their partners, the Dallas Cowboys. The ground-breaking partnership brings racing to Arlington in style. The Vegas look forward to rocking the merchandise at their home in Austin.
